Jacobaea maritima, called "silver cinderella" or "mediteranian cinderella" in Croatia. I think it's also known as "dusty miller".
I love this plant for it's beautifull carved leaves and silver color.
It can always be found in my little continental city garden for it's unique beauty, it is not sensitive at all. It grows like crazy, nothing eats it, and it stays beautifull and fresh through entire winter. It can stand great heath and sun, and also very low temps.
I went to my garden today to cut away overgrown branches to have it ready for spring, and could not resist taking a few close up shots.
splendid. I had to look up Jacobaea because I saw the pic and thought it was an Artremesia. Looking at the photos on my search the flowers look Senecio-ish. Gotta love some taxonomy !
