Cravat (a tie)

I have spent some time in old part of Zagreb, looked at it with an eye of a tourist (it is not hard when you have camera), and I spotted this lovely boutique selling ties... Did you know that a tie originates from Croatia. It was part of soldier's uniform in 17th century. It seems that French Court liked them when they saw them on Croat soldiers, and then it became fashion.....Rest is history.
How interesting, I never knew that. The buildings look interesting too.
