A peep through a passage revealing Whitby Abbey and Church with the 199 steps leading to the Abbey. You can see how many people were on the steps. It was so busy in Whitby today that we had to park the other side of town and look across the roof tops.
The air quality was not good today and the light was poor But temps were around16/18c with a cool breeze off the sea.
I second that - it is a great composition - Fav It's a long time since I've been to Whitby but it's a lovely place and nice to be reminded of how nice it is
I love how you used the arched tunnel as a frame. I've been doing jigsaw puzzles on a site that some talked about in the discussions - https://www.jigsawexplorer.com/puzzles/east-river-jigsaw-puzzle/. There's a way to turn your own photo into a jigsaw puzzle on that site. This would make a fabulous one with all the colors and textures.
