Taken on Easter Monday, the fog was rolling in, I've used a little hdr filter so the fog can be seen easier. By gum it was chilly on top where I took this photo but there was a fair bit of activity on the beach. The donkey rides where very busy and there were brave souls on the pier. Inland it was 16c but the temps were a lot lower on the coast.
Better on black
Many thanks for all your comments and favs all are welcomed and appreciated.
@dizzyd it was taken at Saltburn by the sea which is on the north east coast of the UK. It used to be twice as long but had storm and ship damage so they did not rebuild it, I suppose we are lucky to have kept what was left. It was refurbished around 2000 so it does look better than it used to.
@craftymeg I noticed the red & white structure & thought I recognised the place..... we have family that live in that area! Haven't been there for a few years though!
Love how the mist is rolling in but the pier itself looks bright and colourful. It has a bit of a tilt shift look (at least I think that's what it's called!)
