Instant fav Margaret. My first husband grew the most wonderful sweet peas. The garden, while he was able to, was a summer paradise but ver time consuming so when I lost him I made the garden easier to maintain but favourite plants come from the 30 odd years of Gary's gardening. Although I've remarried the garden is still easy to manage as Dave is not a gardener. I was pulling out some weeds shortly after we married with his help when I realised he was pulling up plants!
@ceilidh oh dear that sounds so like my lovely hubby, he used to garden for my mum who would tell me she found plants going missing and realised Mick thought they were weeds! He has improved over the years and if he plants something he generally remembers it's a plant!!:))
