Middlesbrough Whitby line

The line at New Row which goes from Middlesbrough to Whitby, it's quite picturesque when the weather is nice. Today it's sleeting and 3c, Happy New Year everyone!

Takes me right in. Not sure if you are open to critique but I think you might try cropping out a bunch of sky so that the end of the tracks is on the horizontal third. The sky is great but there is so much of it that it loses its power in contrasting with the wonderful tracks and their leading lines and disappearing line

Thank you for your critique, I do follow what you are saying and although I did crop the photo to bring the lines in it just sometimes takes a different eye to get the best out of the shot.
