On our way home from New Plymouth today, we were diverted because of a vehicle accident. We went across country on roads we had never travelled on before, so we decided on a further detour to Mt Damper Falls. Although the waterfall was only a trickle, the surrounding bush and the very deep ravine were spectacular.
@golftragic the surrounding farmland is pretty dry by our standards, but this little valley and the surrounding bush certainly looked lovely and green.
