If I was twenty or thirty years the younger, I would love to call this place home. It sits on the side of a beautiful country hillside, a place for a few horses, a wonderfully landscaped pond that I imagine to be stocked with fish, and plenty of room for the kids to play, to go on a healthy stroll, you name it. It has so many possibilities. Oh, and then there is the upkeep, a lot of grass to cut, shrubs to trim. If I was twenty or thirty years younger, Ah yes, dream I can, but I guess I will enjoy the view instead. Have a wonderful night and a great tomorrow.

It was lovely to see your dream place! It's really beautiful. That giant pine is amazing. It dwarfs the weeping willow next to it. I haven't seem a weeping willow since I left NY in 1981, and they were a huge part of my childhood, so I always love when you post them.
Looks like a great property, but upkeeping it changes the reality! We're looking for a new home and we're always looking at how much maintenance is involved since building the cottage will be taking up all our time in the future.
Some of us would like to be 20-30 yrs. younger, and do things differently than we did. But circumstances often determine the roads we travel not of our own accord, but rather to benefit others in greater need. Love the country setting!
