Today's post on Cornell Lab of Ornithology's Facebook page prompted me to let our birder photographers know about this awesome site--you can submit images as well for recognition. Today's shots really made me laugh at a bird house full of wrens.
Here is the link to the Facebook site. Cornell's website is also the most comprehensive one I've seen for determining birds I find around and about. Fascinating reads and great info (including recordings).
also, if you participate in the Winter Feeder Watch, you get the quarterly publication "All About Birds". The Summer 2014 edition arrived today, and the cover photo and featured article is HUMMINGBIRDS
@darylo I may have mentioned this before....my cats are indoors only. Every now and then I'll just play random bird calls from allaboutbirds.org....heheheheh, drives them nuts, looking for the bird! I've nearly lost a couple speakers, though.
