Any Pentax DSLR users out there?

Are there any fellow Pentaxians out there? There are tags for Canon and Nikon users but nothing I can see for Pentax (or Sony & Olympus for that matter). I would love to see your work and compare notes.

Hi, I have Pentax K5. Just today I tried searching out Pentax in the Cameras section with no luck, and I guess on my tag search I got too specific with naming the K5 and didn't get anything (I'm new, I keep goofing things up). Nice to see everyone that's here, and I'll start tagging my photos from now on.

I use a Pentax K5 but am tending to use a Sony NEX 5n for this project as its easier to carry about. It works really well with Pentax lenses (with adapter).

I use a Pentax K10, which is really the only DSLR I've ever used. But I love using it, it's definitely a good camera!

I've been a Pentax man since I got my first camera. ;-)
I currently have both the K-m and the K-5.
What I love about the Pentax K Mount is that I can still use all my old lenses... My oldest camera is a Pentax-compatible Cosina CT-1A:

My DSLR is a Pentax K-7 and when I use film I often use my old K1000 with the broken light meter! Like Bankman, I love that I can use all my old lenses.

I still use a K100 occasionally, but at the moment my main camera is a K5. I originally bought a DS because I could use my film lenses with it. I still occasionally use them, though not as much as before.

Why is it that there's always another lens that I want that I don't have? Doesn't matter what I have, there's always another one.

I never thought about putting Pentax as a tag on my photos, I usually just include something about the photo itself.

I use a Pentax K20D. I hope Pentax's new owners (Ricoh) reinvigorate the brand. Under Hoya's ownership they nearly died out. As far as I am concerned, most Pentax products are excellent, and much more reasonably priced than Canon and Nikon.

It has been nice to tie up with some of the Pentax users on 365. If there are others out there, feel free to make contact. For me, the colours that Pentax DSLRs generate are wonderful and the brand is too easily overlooked.

@bankmann Yep, I drive a construction truck and I won't take my kr to work, for obvious reasons so I scoured through eBay and found a Great x90 package for £100 second hand but, Great little camera, half the weight of my kr. The dslr is still number one though. :OD
