How do photos get into the popular area? Is it by comments or favs? Just curious! I love browsing the galleries & commenting! (got my answer.. thank you)

In short, no one knows! Something about your ratio of views/comments/favs to your follower base (i.e. people with fewer followers are more likely to get on the popular page with fewer favs/comments/views)... just speculation though :D
@fshinggrl Jackie, don't worry about it, I have wondered myself. I did find previous conversations but I think I just came across it. You don't know until you find out is my motto.
I saw something about this some time back but I didn't get it all pieced together. I has to do with hits or favs or something to that effect. As I recall what concerned me was that I have quite a few people I follow but I don't always comment so I was afraid that I was costing someone a fav.
Then I decided to let it go, some mysteries are not meant to be solved. Best to just look at the pretty pictures and move on.
The list also changes every time you browse the page. If you hit the refresh button on your browser, you get a modified group of pics each time. Some stay the same, but new ones come in. So I'm going with the magic monkeys theory :-)
@jtrudell Yes they are.. but I guess mine don't pose like yours do! :) I think I have one pic in my 365 and it certainly did NOT make popular! :) Looks like a wyandotte to me!
