Imagine my surprise to find that all of a sudden I have been given ace membership. This is brilliant because as an unemployed pensioner I needed to be a bit careful with the pennies and much as I would have liked to go "ace", it was a bit of a pipe dream in the face of other more vital things. So to whoever it was that did this for me, I would like to say a really big "Thank You!" And I am seriously cuffed to bits!
Now I feel guilty. I have been overwhelmed with work, no appreciating my own ace membership. I should take more advantage of it.......and good news for you for being favored. Nice touch!
That is great news and whoever was the donor they are very kind. Know how you feel re watching the pennies, however my photography and 365 gives me purpose on the days that are bad. Keep snapping.
Paul, you deserve it. What a lovely surprise! Now you'll be able to post more than one pic at a time if you feel like it - we'll look forward to any "extras".
And kudos to whoever the donor was for that kind and unselfish act.
Awesome stuff! Now you have a valid reason to forgo the yard work and house maintenance...you really do now need that time to commit to your photography...gotta make the most of ace membership :P
Thanks folks. And probably a big thank you to Ross for donating an ace membership in the first place (or maybe the magic picture monkeys?) I'm really excited now! So excited that I don't quite know what to put into my two spare albums. Do I go for "the one that got away" perhaps? Or should I put up some of my really old pictures from slides? How about I put up an old one today and a newer one tomorrow? Oooooh! So excited!
@suesmith I have no idea who makes these random gestures but I strongly suggest that Ross or one of the magic picture monkeys did it. Bless whoever it was regardless! :o)
@trailertrash Bless you Teddles. I can think of others who could benefit but for once, I am glad I stepped in this time. Perhaps I ought to buy a lottery ticket too?
Wow. What a lovely gesture. It certainly warms the heart thinking that someone cares enough about another human being to do something so kind. Well done whoever you are.
I am still so insanely happy even today after twenty four hours of noticing. Gosh - I hope I noticed quickly enough to say "Thank you". It could have been days ago when it was set up or changed for me. I wouldn't want my benefactor to think that I was being ill mannered for not saying thanks sooner!
@tonyslattery Cheers Tony. The avatar is one of my toy Meerkats (his name is Tussle) in his Easter bonnet from a couple of years back. Yes - the cuddlies even dress up for Easter and Christmas (December 2012 here http://dribbly.weebly.com/uploads/3/4/2/9/3429912/2682196_orig.jpg ) with my wife going to great legths to make them look vaguely presentable
@rennes Thanks Lisa. I already am :o)) I've still got the biggest and cheesiest grin on my face that you could imagine - it doesn't take a lot to make me happy!
Just kidding, Paul. I'd still have your babies. In a stew, maybe, with dumplings.
No, I don't mean that.
I don't like dumplings.
(Okay, totally seriously now: have fun with it! I look forward to even more Snapchap Silliness!)
And kudos to whoever the donor was for that kind and unselfish act.
