A few months ago my mate asked me to shoot his wedding which I was more than happy to do. The day came around and it went off without a hitch - certainly did not see anyone like this on the day.
Dont get me wrong, there were lots of people with smart phones shooting, but none seemed to be as annoying as this :)
Goodness, if a couple is paying for photographer and videographer I would be inclined to say - please place all cellphones in this basket until after the ceremony! That's crazy.
If I get married again (#3), I will ask 10 of photog friends if they would like to shoot my wedding. I will buy ten 8 GB SD cards and they can shoot away both the ceremony and the reception. Leave the SD cards with me when you leave. Thank you. PS: do not include each other shooting pics. This should produce some interesting shots.
I am doing a shoot just into the new year and I am already aware of the problems but I shall make sure that I take a big stick with me too! Thanks for sharing!
