Many thanks to @happysnap for organising the mundane challenge and @wenbow for hosting the abstract challenge...egg(s). I was amazed to be the winner of both the mundane and the abstract challenge and have decided that one thread will be good enough to accommodate both to announce the new challenge.
I have selected shoelaces as the subject. I look forward to what you may be able to come up with. I'm sure it will be creative.
The mundane theme was started by Aaron @grizzlyghost, for those of us who may have lost inspiration. He suggested we take an ordinary, boring object and start shooting it. Turn the ordinary into the extraordinary!
You are free to use any photographic technique you like to capture this everyday subject.
The challenges will run simultaneously. For the mundane challenge tag entries mundane-shoelaces and for the abstract challenge tag entries abstract-shoelaces
The challenge officially starts now, Sunday 8th December and runs through to the end of Sunday 15th December (GMT). I will announce the finalists on Monday 16th December for voting. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 18th December.

@mzzhope Doing my best, I'm wearing them right now. I'm not ready for them to be broken. I think when get to busted to wear anymore, I'll be a little bit less cool.
