These days it's Lightroom Mobile, mainly because it's an easy way to sync photos from phone to PC and I like the 'copy settings' editing option (which is great for quick phone edits of hockey shots taken with a bigger camera).
The other fav would be NightCap Pro, which I should use more because I have to re-learn how to use it every time I open it. ;)
It used to be Snapseed, but they lost me when they changed the interface.
Photographer's Tools isn't for iphoneagraphy as such, but is a really useful thing to have sometimes.
I guess i am totally square. If I use the phone, I bring those into Photoshop and Camera Raw (Lightroom).. Lightroom Mobile I find cheap and rather ham-handed. Why would someone who already uses the full Adobe tools use anything else? I'd suspect that most of the audience here would be beyond just the cell phone paradigm, so why not use the power tools?
I'm with @frankhymus on this one. I just have Dropbox transfer all my photos to my main computer automatically and edit there in Adobe RAW or Photoshop.
If I NEED to edit something quickly for work, the editor built into my Message app ("Photo Editor powered by Aviary") seems to have everything I need I like an app that has the basic tools easy to get to, is able to draw/type over for annotation. Only feature I missed is ability to resize photo for email (or keep full size if needed.)
I'm not a generally a user of the quick "artistic" templates, but some of those watercolor transformations are pretty, though.)
I like Snapseed but I haven't used many other Apps. I find it easy to use and I can create an image similar to those I get using Lightroom and/or Exposure 5. As well as the various filters/effects you can just "tune" - brightness, contrast, saturation, highlights, lowlights etc It also has the ability to do various cloning, dodge/burn type editing although I haven't used those. Interested to see what other people use.
My favourite and most used iPhone App is Hipstamatic - it creates square format slightly wacky colours. I often import the hipstamtic images into PS/LR for some final tweaks. It's my goto app when time is short for photography. If you tag hipjb you'll see what I get.

Picsart is also a favourite.
