So I figure many of us have a Facebook page and I think it would be cool to follow each other on their too. I'm not talking about your personal profile page, but maybe your photography page or other business page. If you you want to share your personal page, hey...that's up to you.
I don't have a facebook page, but I just had a look on both of yours and I thought you might like to know it's possible for me to download a high resolution copy of the image by clicking on a link below it. (This isn't the same image as you get by right clicking, the going for save as - it's a much larger file.) I've seen this before and it only seems to happen on decent quality images, so you might want to consider making a smaller resolution image to upload so people can't take your photo that way rather than paying you.
Sorry to have thrown that on you, but if it was my photos I'd like to know. I think the idea of following each other's pages is great though.
@wormentude - thanks Rachel most of mine are low resolution as facebook can't handle too high a resolution so they can look grainy but I'll go through and have a look .. I think its only my latest stuff that has been uploaded as a high resolution
@wormentude thanks for looking out Rachael. I have all of mine watermarked and try to keep the resolution as low as possible without looking grainy. That is just one downside to having a business page on FB. I figure if someone really want to steal my images, then I only control of so much. Most of my clients are paying for a DVD with HR files anyway so I'm sure they don't want my watermarked images. FB is a great free marketing tool otherwise. But you definitely have to be careful with some aspects of it.
@dmortega - Yes I did.. well, I saw it on iPlayer afterwards! I was gutted that I only found out afterwards when I received loads of texts saying that I was on the news!!!
wow, just "liked" you all! I thought the work you guys did on here was amazing! I am glad I am getting the opportunity to see your work outside of 365 as well, it is inspirational!
