Almost finished September's list which I really enjoyed so will definitely be giving October's list a go too. Some interesting topics to get my brain thinking.

@gphelps5 Sure thing :) And yes my life has become complicated and time consuming...my grief journey sucks sometimes. Im hoping I can get some more healing out of it.
There are now rules to these Lesley, it is nice when people manage to full month but you don't have to. You can just join it on the days you have time. @lellie
Thanks for this - and for tagging me so I saw it! I only did a few days of the September list but it was helpful when I was struggling. I think I'd struggle to do every item on the list so I might just use this if I need inspiration and post an few entries for it, like I did last month.
Hi Kylie, Although quite a few of use do them in the order on the list, there do not have to be in the same order and you do not have to do them all. I started doing these list last month and I found it both challenged my mind and gave me inspiration. @kmrtn6
