Wow, I couldn't believe it when Cathy sent me a message saying I'd won the mundane challenge - screwdriver! Thank you all so much for voting for my shot. Great way to end my project! I finished my first year this week... but still here, just not posting every day.
Anyway, this theme was started by Aaron (@grizzlysghost) for those of us who may have lost inspiration by suggesting we take a common, boring object and start shooting it.
This weeks subject is found in the kitchen... a vegetable or potato peeler. It can be any kind of shot (high key, low key, DOF, blur, forced perspective, bokehlicious, anything you can think up.
The only rule; there can be no question the object of the challenge is the star!
Tag your shots with "mundane-peeler". Feel free to post your favourites on this thread. Next weekend I will select my five favourites and the winner will champion the next "Mundane Challenge". You will have until midnight Saturday (EST - Brisbane time) 24th November to post your shots... top 5 will be selected and shared for voting next Sunday!!
Have fun... can't wait to see what you guys can create!
EDIT **... be sure to tag your shot with "mundane-peeler" so you don't miss out... **
Congrats on completing a full 365. The images already posted for this challenge are awesome. Not too confident I can pull something equivalent, but will give it a go :)
Though certainly a peeler, this one is really not in keeping with the definition of "mundane" so it isn't part of the challenge, but I just had to shoot it; just too cute not to! :)
