Thank you to everyone who Decided-4-December, in total we have had 229 words nominated and this is how I have compiled our list:
- Firstly I added the words that were nominated for specific dates (for example 25th for Christmas Day).
- I then put some similar words together like ‘Light’ & ‘Lights’ and renamed some like ‘Meal’ to ‘Food / Feast ‘.
- I then counted up the number of times that the words were nominated and attaching those to the matching date (for example “Red” was nominated 8 times so is on the 8th)
- Where there were two or more with the same count, I added these randomly in to the next available date.
- The final five words are “Bonus Words” that can be used at any time to replace any day where you don’t feel you can’t use the word of the day.
Please note that the dates are just recommendations and you do not have to stick to them, you can use any of the 36 words in any order you like, if you wish to.

@gphelps5....great job! Thanks for doing this. I only have one comment: The bonus word 'after dark' is also the word for Dec 30th. How about the word Tree or Christmas Tree. I don't see that up there.
I really enjoyed doing the November list but December is going to be kind of crazy so I may just do some of them. You do a wonderful job with this Bulldog. Thank you for taking the time to put these theme together.
@gphelps5 sometimes I'm a little anal about things like that.....at least according to my husband (pick pick pick.....he says....don't be so darn critical!) lol
l enjoyed the November one - so l might give this another go - l will try and match up with the Dec holiday challenge ...thanks for all your effort in setting this up ...great choice of words!!
@gphelps5 Thanks for this Bulldog, I have been dipping in and out of it when I had no inspiration so it's been very helpful. Will try to do the same this month but seen that I will be traveling for 2 1/2 weeks I expect it to be hit and miss a bit. Have fun with it!
No problem Frida, there are no rules. Some of us do the right word each day, some choose to do the words in any order and some just do they odd ones when they feel they can.
Good list. this is the first list I have worked, and plan to try eery word every day. I have some good ideas for many of them. Green and Advent posted today.

Have just come across your list after starting on Sophias. Will stick with hers for December but will check in again with you in January and follow the Dec12 listers to see what you are up to in the meantime!
@gphelps5 Oh, where have I been? I didn't realize you were compiling the December list, after all. Sorry for not contributing. But thank you for putting this together... the deciders have done a great job, once again! I'm looking forward to participating and seeing everyone's photos!
