Not sure which processing I like best... so I put them side by side, flipping one. Which do you think works best, b&w, color, or the side by side? Thanks for the time.

I like the black and white. I'm dating myself here but I bought that album when it first came out. :-) It looks cute as a purse.

I find the the background distracting in the colour version, but I do like the sepia tones of the purse in the colour one. You could consider sepia monotone instead of b&w?

Oh good lord I was only looking t the purses until someone commented about the background! I like the sepia tones of the purse on the right, quite honestly I was only focusing on them.

hmm... on the purse, I prefer the color, but as an overall shot, I prefer the b&w... so I'm thinking like @quixoticneophyte with the selective color... I know a lot of people seem to be allergic to selective color, but this is one of those situations where it would work quite well.

thank you all for your time and responses. I should let you know that in the color image I did not change the purse to sepia, it is sepia....I will try a sepia version and see how it looks. I think what I will do is take the image as is and ask them which they would like. Thanks again.
