Taken a shot that doesn't quite hit the mark? Or taken a shot you want to take to a surreal or extraordinarily creative level, well take it on a trip to PS/Photomatix/befunky/picasa/ribbet/picmonkey, hrd land etc. etc. etc. and go wild in the paintbox. Transform the mundane or dull and dreary to delicious and delightful and have fun in the process. Yeah that's right … Fun!
Thanks very much to @bethanyjay for hosting the last ETSOOI challenge and thanks to all of you who voted for my photo. I've read the history of this challenge and see there has been a lot of talk about switching back and forth between themes and theme-free. Since the last few were themed, lets go for theme-free this week (i.e. you can use any subject you want but take and edit the shot this week). So go nuts with whatever you can come up with and are inspired by.
The challenge will started, Sunday, March 9th, and run until next Sunday, March 16th. Please tag your entries etsooi-31. I'll choose my top 5 and post them on Tuesday, March 18th. Have fun and get ETSOOing!

Hi Michael - I can remember seeing this question on the previous thread which got booted - does the image have to be SHOT and edited during the week timeframe? Sorry for being a pain .....
@robrazer - Yes because the competition is meant to be a fun way to motivate people to keep shooting everyday. So it must be shot and edited during the period. but you can always do an old one for fun outside being eligible for selection.
