Have you ever seen a picture from one of your 365 friends or had one of your own that was so cool that the only word to describe it was "Badass"? Well this is the challenge for you. It all started when @warrenbhall and I started referring to each other's pics as "badass". We thought it would be fun to co-host a challenge named just that.
For this challenge submit either one of your photos or one of your friend's photos from the week that you think is "badass" The only rule is that it can't be a picture of a flower, insect, or bird (unless of course it is a picture of a bird diving in to eat an insect resting on a flower...in that case that would be pretty badass).
The picture can be simple with incredible editing or it can be an incredible shot that is original. Whatever you want.
Simply tag your photos with: bad-ass
To nominate a friend's photo copy their URL link under their photo and post to this challenge thread.
The challenge starts today, Wednesday, March12th and will run until the following Wednesday, the 19th. Remember, photos need to be taken or posted to your project within this time frame and it can be either yours or another 365'ers. The top 5 will be chosen by myself and @warrenbhall by Friday, March 22nd. Voting will begin Friday and end on Tuesday :)
This is our first challenge so bear with us as we feel all of this out.

@almondjoy1 taken or posted between those dates. It will prevent the same photos being submitted for future challenges if we keep it during the current week that the challenge is running.
I have just performed a search for photos with the tag #badass and get to the Browse by Tags page. That either means that there aren't any yet or that using a # is not a good thing to do for tags.
@steampowered You're right...I changed the tag to be bad-ass......WTH...my first challenge and it starts off with a big FAIL! Thanks for letting me know
@leestevo You can just go to their photo and copy their url for that pic and post it here to this challenge page. The tag is for your own picture. I updated the original discussion
This seems fun! I'm participating with one of my old photos, taken 3 years ago in an August night in Glasgow. This is more like "naughty" than "bad ass", but that's still another definition of "bad ass", right?
Please don't say the photo was crappy! It was totally spontaneous, the models were amateurs, the idea was sudden, and the setup was almost zero as well. But it was fun!
@jsw0109 Great shot! Look bloody and bad ass! Just saw the tag "selfie", is this really you by any chance? I think you should add the tag csc14-05 to compete for the competition if you're interested. Again, that's a nice shot and great effect.
@warrenbhall if you go to the picture and look on the right hand side where the share options are, you copy the code in the box and then paste it in a thread or reply
You have me laughing so hard because if you asked my friends what I call myself, it's "badass." Mind you, I do that somewhat as a joke, but friends have sent me socks with "badass" on them, they have made a red solo cup at parties for me with the label so others know whose cup is whose. I wrote this article awhile ago called "Journey to Badassness" which I thought you might find funny--as I am no spring chicken.
