1. Go to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) and hit "random article" on the left hand side (it's a link near the top). The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your musician(s) or band.
2. Go to Quotations ( http://www.quotationspage.com) and hit "random quotes" on the left. Scroll down to the end of the page. The last 4-6 words of the very last quote on the page is the title of your album.
3. Now go and find (or take!) a photo of yours that fits the album name and artist(s). (Remember album covers are usually square.)
4. Use your favourite editing program to create your cover. You can use any image of yours for the album, old or new, but you must use your own images.
5. Enter your album(s) in the challenge by tagging it with “albumcoverchallenge27”
The challenge will run from today Friday 11th April until Sunday 20th April All entries must be posted between now and then. There's no limit to the number of entries you can post; just make sure to tag them as instructed above.
Why not share your entries with the rest of us by posting them on this thread? Don't forget to tag them as well or they won't get entered!

Group Name: Babes in the Woods
Album Name: To Pursue Impossibilities
Quote: It is the act of a madman to pursue impossibilities.--Marcus Aurelius Antoninus (121 AD - 180 AD)
Sounds rather New Age, doesn't it? I'm already getting ideas... now to hope that the weather cooperates with me this week!
I pulled another set, just in case I have time to play again during this round. :-)
Group: Grey Hawk
Album name: The Blindness of Strangers
Quote: I have often depended on the blindness of strangers.--Adrienne E. Gusoff
If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. - Henry David Thoreau (1817 - 1862)
Signed, sealed, delivered I'm yours! -- a band with song title! LOL!
Everyone has fascinating band names and titles! Here's mine--

Album Title: From a quote a quote by John Dryden

of what may BE.)

Original quote: A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's written on. Samuel Goldwyn (1882 - 1974)
I'm going to have a try at this, I like random, so pressed the buttons and got:
Band name: TAFIC F.C.
a football club in Botswana :-)
Album: At the age of four

Title: He Would Not Be Igorant
"Nothing is so good for an ignorant man as silence; and if he was sensible of this he would not be ignorant. "
Saadi (1184 - 1291)
This is almost as good as my last one. :)
My cover:
The "band name" I got from Wikipedia is "1982-83 Winnipeg Jets Season." I really couldn't see a musical ensemble with that name, so I've interpreted the "name of band" (read name of album content producer) very liberally.
