@northy I'd seen these and also couldn't figure out how to print them. If you do, will you post? I will if I can figure it out as well...
Thanks for posting...easier to find again this way!

@northy @taffy on my mac, if you hover your mouse at almost the bottom of the page and in the center some icons will appear. Choose the Icon on the right, this will download the PDF to you computer and then you can print it from any PDF viewer such as Acrobat

@digitalrogue ok - i am a TRUE loser... i can download and print, but i either can only print part of the sheet, or i can print the whole thing squished up tiny and i need a magnifying glass to read it... even with 8.5x14 inch paper i think it would be squished too small for my eyes... i know i should be able to split between 2 or 3 pages, but barring using the snip tool, i can't figure out how!

@northy @taffy If you are using PS, you can open the pdf file saved to your computer in PS. Duplicate the layer once it's open. Then open a new file (this can be as large a file as you want to print to, e.g., 8 1/2 x 11). Go back to the open pdf file and drag the copy layer over to the new file. Use free transform (Cntrl T on a PC) and fill the width of the new file with the copied layer. Crop it to fit the page however you like it, then use Save As and save it to your computer as a jpg. Use the undo command (Cntrl Z) which will undo the crop and allow you to move the file up so the next area is now in the frame. Repeat the crop, save as procedure from above, then undo and move it up some more until you have completely reformatted the document into multiple jpg's. Now you can print the individual jpg's and will be able to read them. May not be the only way or even the best way, but it will work.

@northy Darn...didn't print it -- just looked at it on my screen and it looks normal size. Now when I try to print I can see it makes it into a skinny bookmark -- not readable. I'll need to figure out something as I don't use PS so Charles' suggestion is beyond my skill set. Maybe need to start learning PS...

@taffy There is a simple way to do this, take a screen shot on your iPad, or IMac, enlarged to what ever size you want, just print the resulting jpeg.
Not very technical, but it works. @northy

Here are links to my Dropbox for printer friendly PDF's of the LR and PS shortcut documents.
I used PS to create a new PDF so each page is 8.5 by 11. The LR document is 6 pages long and the PS document is 3 pages
