I use Picnik and with free you are restricted to 4 pics in a collage. There are many more options if you pay for membership. Making the collages are easy.
I use picasa which is free from google and you can put in as many as you like, adjust the border and background size. Have not figured out how to add text or a watermark though.
Definitely Picasa for me. Multiple images, rotate and resize freely, bring forward/push back, remove and edit individual elements, change background, spacing, borders, etc . . . . . and add as much text as you like afterwards.
Hi Kayla my name is Bruni and I have a lot of collages in my calendar..when you click on your project right next to previous is a greyish looking square click on it and you get your calendar for the month. now if you click on my profile picture you get right into my project so you can a look at some of the collages.
