Just a brief run this morning, half my normal distance and that was a challenge! However the light and low mist was stunning making for interesting photographs of the horse chestnuts in Bushy Park.
After my run we drove over to Epsom and bought a car!! After a few test drives and enduring the salesmen pitch we have settled on a Skoda Karoq in a rather nice petrol blue. Colin has done a great deal and negotiation on the price saving us over 2.5k. It was rather daunting spending the money but it seems like a very good car.
Later in the evening I finally managed to sell the wretched sheets of smoked glass that have lived in our hall for the past coupe of weeks. A strange couple came from Feltham who seemed reluctant to pay but as I was standing in front of their car they could not leave until they had done so - a relief all round!
