Another C25K practice run at Bushy Park first thing. I’m doing interval training and it was 5 then 8 then 5 minutes continuous runs with 3 minute power walking in between.
Today is the EU voting day for electing EU MPs. Despite the fact that we are supposed to still be leaving the EU some 3 years after the fateful referendum, I am hoping against hope that somehow this will not happen after the appalling campaign of lies. I followed guidance and voted strategically as the Lib Dem seat is very safe so I hoped we could get another non Brexit MP in.
I started my ticket sales tonight at photo club and was pleased to have sold 12 tickets with another 4-5 weeks to sell them. My break even point is 50 guests so if we could sell 10 each week we will easily do it.
