Back to work today and luckily I was in when the UPS guy delivered the wedding photo book I had put together for Helen and Gareth. It was with some trepidation that I opened the package. What a relief, they’ve done a good job with it looking identical in style and quality to the original Apple Books. I hope they’ll be pleased with it and designing it also enabled me to master the new software.
In the afternoon I dropped off this months card order with yet more complications in reducing and altering stock levels for no apparent benefit. This is the view so far of next doors preparation for their loft extension… it’s getting bigger and bigger and we are losing privacy upstairs.
Photo club tonight with an unusual speaker who was so loud that he didn’t need the microphone and was also rather old fashioned in his sexism. His photos were quite good and he did give useful advice regarding shooting for stock so not all was lost. Somehow I’ve ended up volunteering to make the tea next week with Seamus despite having done it a few weeks earlier!
