Working this morning and also emailing Orleans House and a picture framing shop in Richmond who are interested in stocking my cards.
In the afternoon I dropped into Card Collection to deliver some more of my postcards which I’d forgotten to drop off yesterday. Roy was surrounded by balloons , one of which he and Julia gave to me in advance of a big day tomorrow...
Afterwards I caught the bus into Kingston (with balloon) to visit the newly reopened Waterstones to see when I can finally return my spinner and new card stock. The shop looks amazing and I met up with Jen whom I’ve not seen for a few years since she moved to a branch in central London.
I’m hoping to get back in there after the half term... I need to wait and see as I’m not one hundred percent convinced it’s going to happen.
For a bit of calmness I headed into John Lewis before going home, to look at clothes and to peruse the Christmas department. I can’t really moan as I’m partly responsible to getting Christmas stuff into the shops early. I was rather disappointed with their range, especially the wrap. Hopefully they may get more in as the time approaches. This is a montage of their display.
