I have been catching up with this project! I felt really rubbish last night and woke up at 3.40am with a strange dry cough. I got up for a glass of water and then lay in bed worrying I have Covid19 even though I didn’t have a temperature. Needless to say I got back to sleep and I think it could have been an allergic reaction to some type of tremor plant from our walk yesterday.
After today I walked out to our little Sainsbury’s which seems to be a better bet than M&S. Theres a bouncer on the door to limit the number of people and clearly marked out 2 meter squares on the floor. Apart from one stupid man, most people stuck to the guidance. I bought some sugar as I have a grand plan for large scale fudge making to be revealed tomorrow!
These are the lovely stripy tulips that I bought to cheer myself up the other day on my fated trip to M&S. I have fiddled with post editing and I rather like it!
Dinner of pasta, very spicy chorizo and the remains of the syrup sponge from last night. Afterwards it was my committee meeting part 2 via Zoom. This evening it was a lot better organised and chaired and we actually finished by 9.30.
