After a break from our C25K sessions we got back into it this morning. We were gentle on ourselves and decided to repeat one of the earlier session.
Later today I have been catching up with paperwork, continuing my online promotion of Twickenham montages (have sold two now) and a possible third to our local LibDem MP - Munira. I have a bit of a problem here as I know her husband was going to buy one so I have contacted him to ask for advice!
Later in the afternoon I knocked out a brief article to accompany my photo of ‘Bulbous Betty’ which will be appearing online in the Richmond Nub website and FaceBook page - all good publicity.
I also have emailed Squires for not the first, not the second… but the fifth time regarding a purchase order! I am not sure what else to do.
Todays photo by the way is a lovely vine on Teddington High Street which has definitely turned Autumnal.
