1 year, 39 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
We are both up in good time again as Colin was dressed and ready in case the dentist called with an early morning appointment. As it was, she could not see him until mid morning but did manage to refit his tooth although worryingly she has set a provisional appointment for next Tuesday which I think indicates that she thinks the repair may not hold.
To cheer up Colin we drove to Kingston for the first time in months and he invested in a state of the art Apple watch which is really impressive. He had to take out another EE contract to enable him to use the watch as a phone as well and once we’d worked out how to actually turn it on, he is already using it!
I picked up some mount board from Pullingers the art shop and it was just very nice to be able to visit John Lewis. It was very quiet and despite our worries about parking the car, it is clear we did not have too much of a problem!
