1 year, 64 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020
The day has arrived - my second vaccination which I managed to reschedule to a week earlier at the Greenwood Centre rather than at the mass vaccination centre at Sandown race course. We walked to Hampton and it was really warm and there was no queue and I was ‘jabbed’ and in and out in less than ten minutes. It was nice to see Doctors and members of the admin team working at the Centre - I hope they manage to get a break over this bank holiday weekend.
As there was not a rush to get back we walked through Bushy Park and it was lovely to see the trees coming out in bright greens - this is a short stretch just off of the Longford complete with duckweed.
