1 year, 65 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020
Colin left at lunch time to meet Chris at Fulwell for a game of golf and I caught up with paperwork. I also knocked up a home made mint sauce using a lode of the rampant mint in the back garden and also a very large batch of roast potatoes although I have a sneaking suspicion there will not be many left for tomorrow! In addition I prepped a syrup sponge to cook in the microwave for dessert.
I had to pop out for a few supplied and spotted the flags in the high Street which look great in the afternoon sun.
Footnote - I was correct about the roasties… absolutely none left for tomorrow!!
