That's the classic advice about what a sports photo should show. Of course, it should show a player from each team, and it's hard to show the eyes of football players with their helmets.... So this is the best I did Saturday when University of Louisiana played Tulane University.
Cool shot! I've never tried shooting football, or any sport really, so I can't really judge. But I think its an excellent shot. Are you shooting from the sidelines?
Thanks, Harriet. I can't go on the sidelines in college games, though I did when our player was in high school. This is taken from the first row of seats. I've always liked photography but fell in love with it all over again when we had a high school athlete.
