Just a quick shot taken at the end of a busy week. Baton Rouge had flooding after heavy rains. We were luckier than many people: the water got onto the front porch but not into the house. Still cleaning up the yard!
FAV, Composition and subject really appeal to me. Sorry to hear about your flooding! Glad it wasn’t as serious as it might have been but I don’t envy you the cleanup process!
I like how the bricks, paint and plants bring out different textures on this building. So sorry to hear about the flooding but glad to know it was only your yard that was affected and not your home. Good shot!
