Shot on film with a thrift store film camera, Pentax IQZoom 120mi

The trouble with film is that, unless you develop your own, there can be a long wait between taking the shot and seeing it. I started this roll in April and just got the photos back in late June.
Very pretty- we've become "spoiled" by the instant world of digital!

I understand completely. Anticipation and patience are huge part of film work. Looks like a fun camera to play with. What film were you shooting?

@joysabin Thanks for your comments! When playing around with an old camera, I use the cheapest film I can find. This was Kodak Colorplus 200. I see online that some people like using expired film, but I stopped that. I have to pay to get it developed and the last couple of times the results weren't worth the cost of developing--not to mention the fact that I missed some shots I wanted.

@olivetreeann You are right! Even when I shoot with film, I usually take digital shots as well. I am always amazed by the skills of film photographers who shot before any of our technology.
