I was in New Hampshire for a family emergency at the same time as a ginormous bike rally. The bikers all thought I was nuts lying on the ground in order to take photos of plants. I was asked if I had planted the plants? Was there something wrong with the plants? Was I a student of plants? Did I take pictures and then blow them up? (I admit, I had to stop myself from telling that guy that I try not to blow things up, as hotels don't like it.) It was fun because they were completely bamfoozled by my hobby.
I like this image because I was able to get such crisp droplets. I am disappointed that I cut the tip off of the leaf.
@carolineb7 Isn't it funny the different things one notices? I was so focused on the droplets that the color didn't even register. It wasn't until your comment that I realized how shockingly green that green is. I am such a forest for the trees photographer still...uggh!
I love this too. The droplets are wonderful. The tip of the leaf doesn't really matter. I often find though, that I have been concentrating so hard on one part of the composition that something gets chopped off that I didn't notice.
