My photo of the beetle the other day made me curious about whether or not it was as furry as it appeared to be. Today, I attempted to take a better photo. Mr. Beetle was not at all cooperative. Every time I moved my camera in order to get it parallel to it, it moved. The one next to it moved completely in tandem with it, so I assume it was the guard beetle.
What I have discovered, is that they are indeed furry.
