I was taking photos of lantana because I love the colors and shapes of the flowers when I looked down and saw a mushroom. It is completely out of season for mushrooms, so I was surprised. I felt sort of like Alice in Wonderland being confronted with random bits of mushroom. I like the delicate yellow and frills. I will be sure to watch that spot later in the year for more.
