Day 7 of the Nifty Fifty challenge, sooc. All of the others are rejects for this challenge due to crooked horizons, a smear on the camera lens or being photobombed by the camera strap blowing in the wind whilst on the tripod ...

Ha ha, I loved your description there. I have the lens cap on an elastic and that often blows in my way if I don't hold it out of the way! I have huge trouble keeping things straight too - I think it is the way I use the camera against my glasses. Lovely shot, worth the effort!

I smile at the struggles you describe and so recognise each of them. I wonder if you will have perfected the art of straight horizons by the end of the month? None of the issues you are having in evidence here though, A lovely shot of the beach and cliffs with the zig zag of lines to interest the eye.
