It stands out so beautifully with its fresh coat of paint. From a distance I thought there was a light on the top, but it's a weather vane now painted gold. It was pointing due north, so that doubtless explains why it was so cold!
a bright lighthouse in the scene would be a welcome sight - even in the cold. Good to get it photographs whilst it is so clean and fresh. Great for black and white.
