Kangaroos in York!

Ian found giraffes in Sheffield and I found kangaroos in York.

Recently I have been fortunate to find doors and gates open and I just had to go down them and see if there was anything to photograph.

The open heavy wooden gates in Goodramgate yielded this interesting piece of wall art. I have not been able to find out why there is a plaque depicting kangaroos on the wall , so if you know.......
