Since this "thing" was long past its prime, I shot it in sepia (macro.) I really wanted to do something special with this, soooo - I cropped it a bit, added more contrast, used cross processing, added a vignette, and then a frame. I am thrilled with results.....

@jml0306 Hi Joseph- Thank you for checking out my sepia. I REALLY like sepia, and I am finding out by trial and error what kinds of subjects work well; definitely textures, like this one. More to come.....Enjoy your weekend, Les
@shellbelle Much appreciated, Michelle. Sepia brings out the "artist" in me, and I have been experimenting with it (and LOVING it! :-) Hope that you are having a great weekend, Les
@nicolecampbell Thank you Nicole; it reminds me of an old twisted bit of iron, or a tool of some sort. Hope that you and yours are enjoying your weekend, Les
@maggie2 Many thanks Maggie; I am really partial to this one. I had a vision of what I wanted when I took the picture, (in sepia) but the photo alone did not get me that vision, thus the processing. Sepia and B&W bring out the "artist" in me; and you know how I love macros - perfect combination. :-) Hope you enjoy your weekend, Les x
@kdrinkie Hi there Kim - Thank for showing you appreciation of something new from me. I LOVE sepia, and have been experimenting with it, but haven't quite had the nerve to post it until now.. Expect more....:-) Have a terrific weekend, Les x
@mwarren365 Thanks a lot Mike; the processing was FUN, and actually made the photograph what I envisioned when I shot it. Have yourself a wonderful weekend, Les
