I like this - but it also is a good example of something that really annoys me - what do you have to do to be able to get the top to be horizontal at the same time as the bottom? I'm guessing this happens because the camera is not absolutely parallel to the subject? Do you have any tricks to overcome it? :)

I hope you don't think I was criticizing your photo! - I really do like it - I was just wondering if you have a trick to minimize the problem or is just that I need more patience when setting up the photo? Apologies for any unintended criticism!! :)

@robz No worries about your comment...I know what you mean about getting things straight when there is some distortion just from the lens. And please, please feel free to criticize and critique...You have such a good eye and I respect it and you so much I would love to hear what you say, both positive and negative...

@granagringa Aww - thanks Madeline for saying such nice things and for being so nice about my continual questions! I hadn't thought of lens distortion as the cause so that is good to know. I had a chance to try a shot today, consciously being super careful, so I'll see how that turned out. Cheers!!
