I do prefer yesterday's shot, this one doesn't have the character the other one has. To me it is a bit more bland and lacks the grunginess (is that a word) of the other version.

What a good idea to show both versions. I saw this one first and liked its stark, geometric feel. Then i saw the other one and I think I like it better. The extra parts to the pattern make the pattern more pronounced and I like the idea that you get more of a clue about the origin of the abstract. :)
