"Crumbly" I think is the word for this. Actually, it is a dark rye...any comments, wry or otherwise, are always appreciated.

Rye or wry, they are totally different words! The crumb of this bread looks so good - just what bread should look like! I think rye is gluten free?

@maggiemae Yes, definitely two different words...just a bit of word play. Glad the crumb looks good; capturing texture is new for me. Sorry, can't tell you if its gluten free, but it is delicious!
