Tulip - Hanging On by granagringa

Tulip - Hanging On

The last of the second bunch of tulips...The petals are barely hanging on. A combination of natural late-afternoon light through a window, a lamp, reflected by a white wall and aluminum foil.

And I'm still hanging on to this project and seeing if I can continue to take different shots...wish me luck! And thanks for all the visits, comments, and encouragament.
Lots of great lighting from all different angles. So nice. It definitely gives different white balance in this shot - the rich red tone of the back tulip and the pure white on the front.
Quite pleasing and a FAV!

loving the warmth of the incandescent lighting as the backdrop against the natural light.. gives a nice effect.. tulips are awesome when they fall apart..

That's something how the petals fall off like that. Beautiful.
