Harry was busy sawing his firewood up for the wood burner today, a job he loves to do . We have this great machine were you put the log in & it slits it to the right size for the fire. The machine is electric but very safe as as soon as it detects anything that is not the log it cuts out...even our young grandson was able to split wood quite safely. We also had another one but that one went to NZ with Brian as they use a lot of wood over there ! We bought this afterwards as we really missed it .

What a useful machine for splitting those logs. I also like the coat in the background hanging up upon the fence. It's the little touches isn't it, that tells the story. :)
Looks like you all will be toasty warm this winter. What a fabulous machine for log splitting. Must make the job much easier. Harry appears to be quite pleased with it! :)
