A quick decision today, outside first thing this morning ..two pictures & this is the one I picked. Lovely frosty morning with blue sky & quite a nip in the air.
I have to drive to Hexham today for a service at the Abbey tonight where my aunt ( who died at the end of last year) is going to be mentioned. It will be a lovely drive but hope it's not frosty or foggy tonight coming home !!!! After that tragic accident on the M5 the other night it makes you nervous about travelling at night.
Should be able to catch up commenting tonight.
I must say too thank you so much for all your lovely comments & tips on better photos recently especially for all your faves on the washing line one !! It is amazing how a last snatched shot of not a particular interesting subject is popular !!!
looks like the same weather that's here in Boston ....i'm loving these crisp mornings with sunshine .....this is a beautiful shot . I feel like i'm standing right there ~ well done !
How beautiful - we haven't had a hint of frost yet (famous last words). Hope the ceremony is lovely - I know what you mean about the crash - there but for the grace of God and all that.... Hopefully everybody will be extra careful for a while.
Brrr I can feel the air in this one Pat - I hope you had a safe journey. The M5 accident was terrible. This pic has really captured the feel of a frosty morning.
wow, that DOES look chilly!!! we've got a nip in the air as well (hard to believe I know) but probably not as cold as you've got. hope your travel was easy and safe.
Great landscape shot Pat - captured the early morning chills well - your weather was so much nicer than ours today - we had grey grey and grey (with 5 mins strained sun!) Hope you stayed safe travelling
